If you don't want to hear the talk, you just want to rock the rock, our friends at Mogar Music in Italy have made the video for you. This ZIO Analog Front End + Boost demo quickly moves through the pedal's many subtle but hugely effective options. It's all knob twisting and excellent guitar playing. We get to hear great examples with the ZIO's JFET boost circuit, and the Low-Cut circuit which cuts the low-end leaving you with a punchy bottom end without all the tubby-ness. There are also some great clips with the Studio circuit that captures the sound of a vintage Pultec Equalizer and E-Plex which delivers the warm tones that come from the pre-amp section of an Echoplex Tape Delay. It's also really nice to hear how the ZIO effects both clean and dirty tones.
