The Pedal Zone Demos the Collider Delay+Reverb
Stefan over at The Pedal Zone is a master of ambient guitar. This video for the Collider Delay+Reverb is the first demo that Stefan has created with a Source Audio pedal, and it is spectacular. His use of the Collider's ability to combine any delay and reverb effect achieves some spectacular results. By default the Collider runs in series with delay effects cascading into reverb, but Stefan dives a bit deeper and explains how to unlock the pedal and create some very useful dual delay and dual reverb signal paths. At 7:38 in the video he combines two pristine Digital Delays in parallel, creating a highly animated sound with rhythmic stereo repeats. At 9:50 he creates an excellent blooming effect by cascading a Swell reverb into the Collider's lush Shimmer reverb. We also love Stefan's tribute to the band Hammock (5:33), a brilliant ambient post-rock band out of Nashville, Tennesse. Enjoy...

...and this just in, we gotta throw out a huge THANKS to our man Stefan over at The Pedal Zone for including the Collider Delay+Reverb in his Best Pedals of 2023 countdown. You might be saying, "wait, the Collider didn't come our this year," and you would be correct. Stefan admits that he was, "a bit late to the party," but he explains, "When a pedal that was made almost 5 years ago sounds and feels like it was made today, to outshine the most hi-fi delay and reverb offerings of 2023, I can't ignore it." Thanks so much, Stefan - we are honored. Check out the video from The Pedal Zone and find out which other pedals are on the list.

Stefan From The Pedal Zone Includes the Ventris Dual Reverb In His Top 3 Modulated Stereo Reverb Pedals
Stefan of The Pedal Zone never fails to find beautiful sounds in Source Audio pedals. In this video, Stefan talks about his three favorite stereo reverb pedals with modulation. The list includes the GFI Skylar, Red Panda Context and our Ventris Dual Reverb - all great pedals! Adding a touch of modulation to your reverb creates subtle pitch fluctuations that really brings a reverb tail to life. Modulation works especially well with the long, lingering trails associated with ambient guitar. Stefan explained, "The sound that I keep coming back to, is the amazing E-Dome algorithm." E-Dome (short for "Enormo Dome") is our grandest reverb that replicates the sound of an impossibly large room - it is a favorite of many ambient players. Enjoy the video, it is fantastic to the Ventris in hands of a true master.
