That's Ronnie Moipolai you are watching on the guitar there. He's a street performer out of Gabarone, Botswana. He's recently acquired a good dosage of Internet fame with this unique upside down technique. We can see that the man is a teacher, with this video of a lady friend copping his technique also catching some views on YouTube:
