Guitar Player Magazine features Hot Hand

The August 2007 issue of Guitar Player Magazine is juct full of great information:

An in-depth cover article on Joe Satriani and his making of Surfing With the Alien, a master class with Greg Howe, an impressive of the techniques of Django Reinhardt, articles on Gary Moore and Chris Poland (wow what a player!) and Mike Rutherford and Darryl Stuermer of Genesis.

And, if you are a Genesis nut like I am, this is worth the purchase price alone. I sat 4th row at the "Wind and Wuthering" tour in 1976, carefully watching Mike's finger placement for the intro to "The Cinema Show", which I later would use to learn that great 12-string intro. Stuermer talks about the innovative effects (Fulltone) and guitars (Godin)  that he currently uses on tour, which is something that always makes me happy - pro players bold enough to step onto the plank and be different from the crowd.


And, three of our own Hot Hand users are featured: Papa Mali (www.papamali.com), John 5 (www.john-5.com) and Galactic (www.galacticfunk.com).


And, not to mention, the review of our own Phaser/Flanger which won the magazine's EDITOR'S PICK AWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!! To qoute the article, "...unique, powerful and musical".
