Bootsy Collins Announces First Tour in 13 Years

Legendary Funkateer Bootsy Collins is hitting the road again for the first time in 13 years. The last time the interstellar groove master fired up the Mothership was in 1998.
If you want to feel old, here are some pillars of modern culture that didn’t exist then: Google, Facebook, Online music sharing, the iPod, the Xbox, “9/11”, Reality TV, and the Euro. WOW.
Back to present day, we at Source Audio are proud to say that Bootsy has played a big role in helping us to fine tweak our Soundblox Bass Envelope Filter. Check out this rarity:

Joining Bootsy on tour will be fellow funkateer and Sourcerer, Blackbyrd McKnight. Blackbyrd is an avid user of the Soundblox Pro Multiwave Distortion, Classic Distortion and is also an early adopter of the Soundblox Guitar Envelope Filter. Here’s a brief video of Blackbyrd taking a solo on the GEF during Bootsy’s set in Germany this April:
