One of my favorite uses of the Flanger has always been the intro to "Unchained" by Van Halen.
Such a great, infectious, chunky riff - it's impossible NOT to try to play that on guitar.

DragonForce, from England, creates some very modern and energetic metal - they remind me of a bit of the rawness of Queenryche combined with the musicianship of Dream Theatre - in other words, I like it.

Jeff Beck is one guitarist that could pretty much fit in playing with anybody.
